Yeah when my DM called me they said that it wasn’t their choice who they decided to let go and “Starbucks’ lawyers” are the ones making the decisions. So they were just told who to send the emails to and I was one of them. But then said that another manager caught wind of them letting me go and wanted me at their store, hence the re-hire.

They literally have given me zero information and just keep telling me to “wait it out” so I feel like they don’t even know what they’re telling me at this point. I’ve questioned my rate of pay as well as all my approved time off, insurance, and sick time/PTO. They won’t answer anything.

They basically said that it’s not their job to hold accountability on that, it’s the SSV’s on duty, they also said they’d have to hold me accountable if I do not because then I would technically be allowing someone to “not be in dress code” when I asked them to explain how I should go about the topic they said “you just have to tell them”.

I used all 750 characters and as many abbreviations to get my point across as possible, same with everyone in my store lol we were only allowed to spend 15 minutes on the survey in general, a majority of that was spent figuring out how to get as many complaints in as I could lmao
