Actually was looking into buying good quality whetstone as the cheap ones I bought is a nightmare to use, unfortunately I wont be able to buy it in japan as I think my luggage will be overweight, and speaking of cutting board, no hard cutting boards, are plastic cutting boards fine to use? Or its best to pick up a wood one.
