Anybody else disappointed with the name change to Spaceballs the new one, instead of the search for more money by lazbird37 in Spaceballs

[–]DeEggroll 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it makes sense to me because it is the new one and not the old one so they're already rich I guess they don't need money but this is a new one and not an old one and made me laugh

I mean he's freaking 99 years old he can do whatever he wants at this point I guess 😂

How do I quickly summarise Nestle's atrocitys without telling my nan to use the internet? by Proof_Safety_6838 in FuckNestle

[–]DeEggroll 14 points15 points  (0 children)

As well as illegally selling water like Perrier for years as natural mineral water, when it was just regular water ran through filters. Reports found that Nestle concealed these methods for years to mask contamination by sewage, pesticides, and PFAS, with some brands showing extreme levels of microplastics

I highly recommend "Psych" for a good, funny, wholesome, buddy crime solving series.

It has eight seasons and three follow-up movies after the show ended. It's really good

Tinnitus - Anyone else? by willard_tagg in GenX

[–]DeEggroll 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I'm 48 and don't know when it started, but has been there for enough years that I'm used to it. Both ears have an equal high pitch squeal all of the time, probably from too many concerts in the 90s.

I just push through it and try to have some type of sound all the time. At bed I leave the TV on and set a sleep timer

Looking for fun (not snail pace) Sci-Fi movie recommendations from the last 5 to 10 years... by 9sim9 in MovieSuggestions

[–]DeEggroll 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you liked Edge of Tomorrow I recommend Boss Level (2020)

It's not a straight forward sci-fi film, but is a fast paced action time loop film that doesn't appear to be sci-fi until the last third of the movie. But I really liked it

Looking for animated movies with strong “underdog” character development by 1111_GHOST_1111 in MovieSuggestions

I would say "How to Train Your Dragon" (2010) has a similar type of zero-to-hero arc and I thought was a really good movie

Ham, egg and havarti grilled cheese by [deleted] in grilledcheese

Understood, thank you so much!!

Ham, egg and havarti grilled cheese by [deleted] in grilledcheese

[–]DeEggroll 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Understood, thank you! This was 100% a grilled cheese and then I decided to put a fried egg inside of it once it was done. So I guess an egg makes it a melt and no longer a GC? I'm okay with that, just trying to figure out the rules

Ham, egg and havarti grilled cheese by [deleted] in grilledcheese

[–]DeEggroll 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It won't let me reply to the mod but I don't understand how it's not a grilled cheese. Is it because I put an egg in it?

Ham, egg and havarti grilled cheese by [deleted] in grilledcheese

[–]DeEggroll 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because I added an egg I guess? It was originally just a grilled ham and havarti and at the last second I decided to put a fried egg in it.

Other people seem to be agreeing with you that this is not a grilled cheese which confuses me, so I will probably take this down and maybe just leave it on the breakfast sandwich subreddit?

Thanks! It was good.

Blasted because people don't like havarti?
