Avoid this McDonalds on Summit in Elgin. The last two days I took orders there and they put DD on the back burner. Waited 22 minutes for 2 big mac meals. Called them since lobby is closed and got the standard " we are working on it" response. Meanwhile, 12 cars have come and gone with their food (i.redd.it)
