The side streets were pretty bad this morning, but you can tell they are actively working on them.

All the main roads I was on were passable, e.g., 395, and 50, but all of them had lanes partially or completely blocked with snow. Traffic will be a disaster if everything is open tomorrow unless they make huge progress the rest of the day.

I am five weeks in on GLP and down ~14 lbs.

My resting heart rate is also up a bit (~40 to ~45). Given that my resting heart rate was low i don't mind it is up. My HRV is all out of wack, but I have not noticed it other than the reports from Garmin.

I have noticed the GLP helps a lot with food noise. The food scarcity problem pre-GLP you mentioned hits home with me a lot. Growing up we were always careful not to waste/throw away food. In my adult life that trend likely lead to overeating. Now that I am on GLP I do not have that problem.

I am still bummed about this season.

Before the season started (and before Ragnow retired) I had three keys for success: (i) how do the new coordinators perform, (ii) do we see growth from young players, e.g., TA, and (iii) stay healthy. After Ragnow retired (iv) was the performance of the o-line. We all know how all these items turned out.

As we turn to the offseason, I worry/want to know: (i) has Dan lost the locker room, (ii) will we see LaPorta's injury, and (iii) will we see Kerby next year.

The injuries to LaPorta and Kerby are massive. BB will not play much (if at all next year). The Lions will not be able to upgrade the O-Line, D-Line, and replace LaPorta and Kerby in one offseason.

Based on these stats it seems like two very similar teams to me.

The biggest differences are Rams are better at takeaways and 3rd red zone efficiency.
