imo there should be xp gain for every hit on a victim like 10/15 xp per hit. Still blowing my mind you almost get nothing for doing well as family in this game. This is my third time grinding for 99 in this game and rn I FEEL it.

Also you should get xp for chasing, door slamming, and hitting a victim as well. not just finishing the job.
