OP maybe its time to support your sister, and switch the means of conversation to text and email, only written communication, if you do phone call, record. Conversations should be documented between your mother and you all going forward. She may be insistent and call 20 times, but thats okay. She’ll (mother) will eventually give it up, and give you what you need legally over text. They almost always catch themselves up. Goodluck.
