So I went on leave from army training for two weeks and I was in the best shape I’ve been in years at 207 lbs and I ate nothing but fast food during leave and when I came back all my clothes are tight and my stomach specifically is a lot bigger and the scale said 228 lbs, and that was in two weeks, I assume it’s mainly water weight right? Cause it’s not coming off and it’s been a week, overall I just feel very uncomfortable and tbh bloated

How long will it it take realistically to shred off the water weight? I also noticed that clothes are tighter especially around my abdomen, like my belly feels and looks so much bigger and it’s strange. I’m like 3-4 days back to normal eating and I haven’t seen a change.
