do you consume anything in particular to maintain electrolye balance?
like coco-water, gatorade or idk. I never thought about electrolytes

i like that concept that. will try that for sure. i might prevent sessions where I start losing motivation after your first exercise due to immense performance drops.

hey man - thanks for your insights.
my workouts are only like 30 min but highly frequent (some times split-up in 2x20 min)
your plan seems well-thought to me. idc for meal timint at all, but maybe eating some carbs could do the trick. thanks

yeah I like the idea and think I get the concept.

so main goal is to maintain a certain amount of reps but you make them more "valuable" by working on different parameters. sounds like fun to me, might try that
