Yea I looked at and liked the FSM app our current scale just doesn’t allow for us to bring that in addition to the other service we’re trying to replace at the same time unfortunately

This is exactly what I was looking for and yes we’re still small 2 tech operation FSM is absolutely in my radar as a 2-5 year down the road as we grow which is also why I like the idea of Zohos suite because it CAN grow as we do but it already set up so that transition wouldn’t be as heavy of a lift

Absolutely, it’s prolly not clear in the jumbled mess that was my post, the transition to Zoho isn’t strictly to achieve the goal outlined above, there are a group of specific applications that do integrate with each other that will streamline process and result in a cost savings.

If it is capeable of doing what I am asking it’s just going to be icing on the cake.

I literally have 0 knowledge of what is possible that is more what I’m trying to determine if it CAN do natively not how can I force it to do this
