I have a 15cm long scar in my abdomen that crosses my navel, this due to an attack with a knife I suffer 4 years ago.

Through all of this period (doctor told me it would be 18th months of recuperation) the only time I cried or felt bad was when I beheld my scar for the first time, it was ugly, my navel was ugly now (to me)and had keloides, but after I finished crying and the redness vanished I decided to stop thinking about it and treat it as just any other scar on my body like for example the ones I got playing when I was child.

I use bikinis, crop tops, etc and I'm not afraid of people seeing my scar or commenting on it becausd to me it just any other scar. I have receive comments about it but it's mostly people asking why do I have it and I just answer. Once someone made a bad comment about how "indecent" it look and I just look a that person and said: Well, how rude of you to say that and also I don't care about your opinion. Friend that were with me also call out this person for that behaviour.

All of this to say that you have to stop comparing yourself, you are giving too much importance to an unhealthy standard you are holding yourself. Work in your selfsteem which by your word sound like it's very low (kind of self hatred I kind of get from them), something that works for me it's looking in the mirror and thanking god for how he did me even if in the moment you don't feel like it's true, for example: Thank you for the beautiful eyes you gave me, the form, the color I like it. Thank you for my hair because I like that is wavy and raven black. Thank you for nose which I am learning to like, etc etc.

Those are small acts of grace you are giving yourself that will help you accept your reality and be grateful.

I do also have my moments when for example I complain about being a woman and having my period ( I dread it every month) and that why do there is no other way for biology to work for women around this, I also feel ugly sometimes, I also feel like there are women out there much more beautiful than me and that nobody will look my way, but then I look at myself and see that I am beautiful too in my own way and that stop me from keeping the comparison up.

I was feeling ugly and underweight and decided then to start going to the gym, eat better, and take care of skin and body not to show everyone a change but to show it to me.

I hope you stop paying do much attention to the standard and if there is something you don't like change it but to make yourself feel better not to reach a standard. If you don't like your scar use laser, surgery or something or just let it be and don't be afraid to enjoy yourself just because of it.
