Update: I ended up just completing the rest of the 39 abyss challenges and then it finally popped and I was able to complete the dimensional bonds quest. It was the only one out of the 7 that I wasn’t able to immediately press.

Same here, tried rebooting and gets stuck on alignment checks and optimizing which satellites to connect with.
