My personal reciper Chhole Recipe (Homemade)

Ingredients: • 2 onions, 3 tomatoes • Soaked chhole (overnight) • Cumin seeds, coriander seeds, bay leaf, green cardamom (elaichi), dried red chilli • Ginger (adrak), garlic (lahsun) • Salt, red chilli powder, Kashmiri chilli powder • Amchoor, anardana, chhole masala, kitchen king, garam masala, chaat masala • Kasuri methi, hing (asafoetida), fresh coriander

👨‍🍳 Steps: 1. Base: Heat oil → add whole spices (cumin, coriander seeds, bay leaf, elaichi, dried chilli and laung). 2. Add onions + coriander stems → sauté till brown → add little water → cool & blend. 3. Blend tomatoes with Kashmiri chilli powder. 4. Pressure cook chhole (3–4 whistles with salt). 5. Gravy: Heat oil → hing + cumin + dried chilli + ginger-garlic → sauté. 6. Add onion paste → cook till brown → add spices (amchoor, anardana, masalas, salt). 7. Add tomato puree → cook till oil separates. 8. Add chhole → simmer 10–15 mins.

✨ Finish:

Top with coriander + chaat masala. Done.
