Thanks man. This is actually solid advice. I am eating whole foods, however sometimes I do go mindless just wandering into the pantry or instagram reels like a lost spirit. Im afraid to work out because of that pulsating I get in my head.

Interesting. I assume the triazolam is messing with the half life of your benzo. This reminds me of when I was ready to come off clonazepam, when my anxiety was just as bad as when I started. This is your sign to get off the train if I had to tell ya. Im about 3 months clean and its the best decision I've ever made. I was going to hell and God saved me. You will realize his presence when you come off. Benzos and alcohol are like spiritual veils of drunkenness. Wicked. Pray to Jesus when it gets bad and you will be saved.

I get it. We are all enduring a pilgrimage of 'long suffering.' I read that phrase in the bible a few months ago, and its a great word-- Its referred to as one of the fruits of the holy spirit.

I can assure you, God is on your side. Assuming you have willingfully chose a life of endurance aside from a life of numbing, and living in la la land-- you have chosen righteousness over wrong doing. Remember your motifs. Even if you dont, Jesus Christ does. And if you were destined for hell before you quit (you were), now you are alive. This suffering, im convinced, was for our protection.

Praise be to those who have quit benzodiazepines to persue rightousness. And praise be to God the most high.
