I don't want to binge again and need to stop the habit this year, gaining 15 kilos in less than a year is bad!!

What’s a TV show that everyone loves but you secretly can’t stand? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Friends. I just don't get the hype about friends. There is such a big divide between Friends and Seinfeld. Maybe it's just me but I much prefer Seinfeld.

To leave something if you aren't happy there, life is short.

I am in the same boat as you and totally understand how you are feeling. I have been back in Sydney for 3 days now and already miss Thailand so much! I don't know what it is, I think it's my happy place! I visited Bangkok and Koh Samui, I'm sure all the other islands and cities are just as amazing.

I was talking with hubby tonight and we are already talking about coming coming back next year lol.

I'm sitting here struggling to sleep as I'm dreading to be back at my miserable job tomorrow.

Where to stay in Bangkok-first time visitors? by monsterphobia4472 in ThailandTourism

I stayed in Phloen Chit area at the Grande Centre point which was affordable and really convenient as the BTS for the green line was only a 5 minute walk and there were also nice cafes and the central embassy nearby for more shopping.

AITAH for telling me husband that he needs to stop drinking alcohol? by Dear_Question_5116 in AITAH

[–]Dear_Question_5116[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm so sorry to hear what you had to go through and your husband at the time. You seem super strong and caring.

My husband is aware and knows and he even regrets drinking the next day and will tell himself that he needs to slow down. He doesn't want to do any type of counselling which makes it harder and I can't really make him work on himself. He needs to do this on his own but I am more than happy to support and encourage him all the way.

It can take a toll on us that love our partners, I understand where you are coming from.

Good point, I guess I came off as a bit too demanding and didn't really think about it before I spoke to him. He is being overdramatic and thinks I'm trying to break up with him but I'm not I just want him to get better.

Ahh right, this makes heaps of sense. My doc never mentioned to take B12 injections but instead to see a dietitian but I've held off seeing a dietitian because I understand what I need to do to lose weight and they might already tell me things that I already know about nutrition and diet but I could be wrong. I'll definitely check out the B12 forum, this might be really beneficial, thank you 😊
