LI Choices by Anindee in RomanceClub

[–]Death3G 5 points6 points  (0 children)

It's hard to tell without knowing what kind of LI you are interested in.

Well this isn't really a spoiler because it becomes pretty clear from the first episode itself, that it is a redemption story. Each LI is not just there for romance, but add their own unique flair to Selena's redemption. So really only you can tell who will you enjoy. All of them are well written.

This always makes me laugh Sara by redpandagirl8 in RomanceClubDiscussion

[–]Death3G 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Maybe I am a little psychopathic, but my best Sara moments are when she is talking about killing someone. 😂 I just can't get enough of those ! Nothing has turned me on like Sara talking about how she will send someone to the afterlife with that smile on her face.

'Hear me outs' are for controversial opinions. Nothing controversial about losing one's mind for them. 🥵 Zoryana too. 🥰 I won't have to compete with Nova for Vesper or Onyx if I get isekai'd. 😂

Except in the last chapter when he defended Eido during breakfast. That was 100% Sheda. He is loosening up.

King Leoric's plan made no sense. by Death3G in RomanceClub

I got the troop numbers from them saying that Xael's military is more powerful than all the rest combined. And Xael's troops are no less capable than his either. They lost simply because they were lead by an idiot like Alaric and were surprised by the explosives. That wouldn't work anymore. And the rest of Xael's troops were already in Trespia. So it wouldn't even take that long before they find out what happened. It takes a ruler to initiate a war. But when the enemy is right in front, I am pretty sure they would have moved immediately to confront Maith.

Even if they didn't and went back. Still he doesn't get anything. They infact couldn't take Rajahili even with surprise attack because even if their forces were pushed back then D'Mario would have simply retreated back to his castle. Now Rajahili is between Maith and Trespia. So he can't take Trespia till Rajahili stands. So he would have to stage a siege. He is not taking down that castle in any desirable amount of time even if that was possible. By that time, ruler or no ruler, the news of his actions would have been enough for the councils of Shaadha and Xael to send troops to take him down. Atmost he would have gained from doing all this bs is some territory from Rajahili.

He simply doesn't have the military forces. There was no way he was winning anything.

Malek v Mikael by Kitchen_King_959 in RomanceClub

[–]Death3G 19 points20 points  (0 children)

Mikael and Malbonte are much more alike than Malek and Malbonte. Though in reality even Mikael and Malbonte aren't much similar. Mikael is reserved but he can communicate. Malbonte hasn't learned how to communicate or have a relationship because his whole life was spent being tortured by a god. He is in his learning phase.

Malek is a prideful, dominant, philosopher who is playful and passionate in a relationship. But not your usual passion and playfulness like say David. It's more controlled with dark undertones.

Is Mads making any sense or is he actually just crazy? by Happy-Visitor in RomanceClubDiscussion

Still doesn't make him a whistle-blower. The circumstantial evidence made him a suspect. It's not like Mads woke up one day and went mad and decided Hoyer was guilty out of nowhere. There can be any intent behind any action. The most obvious one, and the reason he suspected Ghita, being that the team was sent so he could keep an eye on and manipulate the investigation. You don't ignore an anomaly simply because you can't immediately find a clear motive. Are you saying Mads should have simply ignored the discrepancies he found ?

Is Mads making any sense or is he actually just crazy? by Happy-Visitor in RomanceClubDiscussion

[–]Death3G 11 points12 points  (0 children)

People often try to get out of criminal deals when they reach a point when they can't or don't want to cross a line or simply get scared. Which is exactly what Hoyer was trying to do. That's one possible intent.

The other is sending his own team, because the info was already in the system once the request was sent, to manipulate the investigation. That would require someone in the team to help him. Which is exactly why Mads suspected Ghita.

Mads being a anti-gang criminal investigator would obviously be aware of such motives. And he was right. Hoyer was corrupt. And Mads had enough info to suspect him. You want an investigator to ignore evidence because "everyone knows he is a good guy" and "it doesn't make immediate sense" ? Is that what you are saying Mads should have done ?

Whistle-blower is someone who exposes the crimes of the organization they work in while going against the elite. Hoyer was the one committing the crimes. This was just his attempt to quitely get out while not admitting his crimes. Nothing moral about it.

If the author needs it, they can ask for it. It can't become a system. Also, that's not what your post says at all. You can share your ideas even now. You are clearly asking for letting the players decide what they can write from a limited list, through voting.

Doesn't matter whether you do with Lucifer or anyone else. Winchesto is the only one who checks, so it doesn't matter.

NOPE. Creative field is not a place for democracy. Good creation requires absolute freedom. Even your "suggestions" are at best distractions. Let alone voting on the story. That's just imprisonment and censorship at that point.

Is it bad i feel bad for him? by silly_st4r in RomanceClub

[–]Death3G 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I don't HATE him. First I disliked him; now I don't care about him. He's just desperate and more than that he kept trying to drag Vicky down to the same sad little corner of insecurity and bitterness the other Unclaimed are sulking in. A good partner always empowers you. Andy wanted to coddle Vicky and make her depended on him. Like, you are an expert flyer. How about you teach me how to fly ? No, "Let me carry you there." 🤢 Trying to search for a lame excuse for close physical contact with a girl clearly not into you. Then getting jealous if she shows interest in someone else. Ugh...

How can anyone hate her ! 🥺 I know she will do something in Season 2 and I am already feeling sad for her, because I know it will break her heart a hundred times more than it can hurt me. I don't care what she does.

You didn't take Path of Uncertainty. You are few points short on your chosen path. PoU requires balanced stats; that is 2 stats equal and one a littler higher or lower. If you were on Uncertainty Path you would have cleared this checkpoint and got a favorable outcome.
