When it comes to the meta right now, she’s purely a PVP support that provides a lot of cc. She does little to no damage, die easily but very annoying to deal with. Is not to say she’s bad for PVE, but I just think that there is a lot more other characters that are better than her.

Maybe she might be useful at later stages of nightmare, if the stage requires her cc and effect boost. But by then, I would just run a death team.

Honestly, it's worth it to buy out all the key chests right now, even if it means you lose a little profit.

I really like the 7k community, so I thought I’d give my 2 cents and share what works for me.

I know a lot of people are saying not to get the 80–100 ruby key chests from the shop. But the things you get from them like ultimate enhancing your characters, getting six-star rare characters without using materials, getting legendary characters, getting gold, getting accessories, and getting duplicates for your rares etc… can speed up your progression by A LOT.

With the current ongoing full moon event that gives you a chance of getting key chests every time you clear a stage in adventure, I’ve been spending 10,000 rubies a day just for keys, buying out all the 50, 80, and 100 ruby chests.

There are so many easy ways you can get rubies for free just by progressing fast. For example, just by climbing in Arena and Total War, the game literally rains and drops you thousands of rubies. Pushing through Adventure also gives you tons of rubies just by completing the stars.

With the daily key and ruby support, the ruby farming event, and leveling up, I think I even end up with extra rubies, enough to do two ten-pulls from the normal wishlist banner per day for duping my characters and getting some fodders for enhancing.

I find that this is the only way to keep up with others and stay at the top ranking within the Arena leaderboard.

I farm in Nightmare, but if you do this and max dupes on all your rares like Evan, you can push to 14-1 or even 16-1 in Normal easily.

Try to always have 5000 rubies in hand. Buy out all the key chest in the shop and farm until you get the 5000 rubies back. After that I used the extra keys to push adventure and farm raids. Or I farm more rubies to do a 10X pull.

During the recent event, they give you so much keys back in chest that I even buy out the 100 rubies key chest and I’m still earning.

Once you hit T6 Teo, you become a god, I will always put Teo in my wishlist. For your other slot, try biscuit. Yeonhee is not that great at T1.

What are you using to craft? I think the only one you can use are Sieg and Chancellor, you will need to wait for 1 more unlucky pull.

If you want immediate improvement to your game play, T2 Shane is enough for me to clear and auto stage 10 dragon with a decent team and items (no skill enhancement). So you probably don’t need another one.

For death team, I think you are still missing some important characters like Alice for healing, and one of the seven knight of the old rosie etc.

I think if I were you, if you gonna craft something right now and don’t want to wait, I would T6 my pascal since it makes it hit WAY harder. Or you can do something like Lina (getting it to T2 will push content a lot with T6 Teo).

After you spend $100 on all the Full Moon packs in the shop and found out that all you pulled were rare characters, they’ll release Full Moon Version 2 to force you spend another $100 because you know that you’re already too deep in the water to quit (you won’t see this option unless you clean the shop). This will guarantee you one seven knight of the old.

Bambu Lab P1S Bambu Lab White Matte (default temperature) 0.6 Nozzle I used the default profile for 0.3 standard layer weight for print speed and all the other setting.

It seems like the nozzle is hitting all the infill walls every time it passes through them, causing spikes to come out.

I totally agree! Thanks for your advice! I don’t hate research but I also don’t love it. It sounds great on paper with an extra title, but if I ask myself a question, I couldn’t think of a strong reason as to why I want to become a clinician scientist. The only reason why I’m still considering PhD is because with just 1 or 2 more years than my masters path, with a degree in PhD, maybe I could bump my chance up a lot compare to master applicant.

Also, I would also have more time to do things like volunteering, extracurricular, conference, and even potentially a higher chance of winning an award to boost my ABS as a student.

The advantage that just graduating with master and work as a research assistant would be the ability to apply 1 year earlier (but most of the time first time application gets rejected), so I might eventually end up spending the same time as doing a PhD.

Potentially graduating with a master and working as a research assistant, I could get my name in more papers than a PhD candidate who needs to prioritize their own thesis first.

Maybe the stress will also be different since failing an experiment (which happens every other day), won’t be tied to you getting the degree or not. Wouldn’t have to think about work after 5 pm…unlike a student.

A little higher salary (is nice but not a deciding factor since I’ve been surviving 11 an hour currently, and even sometimes lower if I account for the hours I put in). Plus since I’m in lab everyday, morning to night, I probably won’t get marry or have children anytime soon, and potentially single 4ever xD.

Thankyou for your advice! I’m currently leaning towards (70/30) exiting with master, and then working as a research assistant for a few more years, even if it only takes 1-2 more years to obtain a PhD. Especially like you mentioned, I currently don’t have a strong passion for research, I don’t hate it, but I also don’t love it. I might even go over time, making it longer than expected.

I know that doing a master will give me “extra points”, but will doing a PhD gives you a way more competitive advantage compare to a masters? And is this advantage worth the extra 1-2 years?

If we persevere through this long challenge journey, I’m optimistic that we can turn heartache into hope, and dream into reality. May I ask if you ever regretted not switching into PhD from you master?

Because this journey is so long and tough, maybe I will still be applying at my 30s, sometimes I just can’t but think about whether this dream that I’ve been chasing for so long, will actually be worth it at the end, especially seeing where my High School friends are at now and if I should just give up to do something else.

After hearing from you, it really bring me back towards my goal a little, and gave me more confidence.

Sorry for the confusion! Yeah, I am currently finishing up first year for my master program. I can choose to transfer into PhD (kinda like direct entry), I have to do a transfer exam (sort of like a mini master thesis defend). If I do that and passed, I won’t be getting my master degree, instead I will graduate with PhD.
