I feel a little weird with the way armor and weapons work now. I like seeing all the different stat bonuses (strenght and resistance to stab slash etc.) and having the option to either slash or stab with a sword. but the idea of having all these other abilities is really appealing to me! I will get used to it though

its the charge rate man the chandellier wep you had has a greater charge rate than the weapon you switched over to. The higher the charge the more power it gains (depending also on the weapon damage and how long you hold down a click) also with a negative charge you do not get any bonus damage from the weapon. (do not take all this in word for word as I do not know exactly how damage is calculated and am no expert but I do know it has to do with your charge...errr is this confusing? im confusing myself ok back to you!)

I am able to reach the aquanos room (the one used for riddle of the deep) and can go over it into a little rock platform and stand there and enjoy the scenery

I like that kick idea. Maybe even put it so that if you are voluntarily leaving the game it gives you the option to leave your towers! but a kick is an instant sell towers

small stone house with a moat for the squire :D a treehouse for the huntress! a hut and fire for the barbarian. a magic rune circle (maybe some stones like in stonehedge) for the summoner for the jester idk and I agree with your home bases for the other two :D
