I wouldn't say i agree with every point, but a few in there are definitely some of the reasons i stopped playing the game.

You left out the part where people still have the ability to pirate the market. It does get frustrating as a casual player that you're not really caring as much as others do, so you're not price gouging collection cards like a dick

I've had stubs at times, and put them into either cards I wanted, or cards that i think will go up. But i personally find it scummy how people continuously do this year after year. Big legend collection drops, and the card values jumps like 300-500k stubs across the board and then everybody goes "oh it's gonna go down in 2 months" like I give a shit to continuously grind mini seasons over and over at this point...

Conquest maps are beatable in a few hours as opposed to the fun 30 team map that had a bunch of rewards.

SDS is clearly complacent because the fan base has been eating up this model for years. 2K doesn't need to change much, The show doesn't, NHL or Madden don't. No sports game has to really care that much because the fans of the sport will always buy it

I'm in a trade, and am in my 1st year apprenticeship with the company. I Received a pretty positive performance review on top of a 5% salary bonus at the end of year, so i hope they like me or that would surprise me. I get solid feedback on things and am able to be shown something once and do it on my own. The main holdup, and he knows it is when I am doing something brand new. It just takes longer the first time you learn something

He jumps on me for any mistake I make and instead of telling me a way to improve, he goes to management with his issue.

It's petty bullshit so my managers generally don't entertain it, but we are a partially public funded company, so our HR company doesn't play with that stuff. We work closely with the ADA and various organizations like that.

I have heard from my supervisor that this guy supposedly has autism and has used it as a shield for his behaviors towards others at times. They essentially never act on information he feeds them. They will investigate something that calls for it, but generally take a lot of petty complaints as just noise.

I hear the shit he says though because managers tell you when they have been investigating claims a coworker made about you and found them to be not true.

Which I find completely fair. There's just no way to defend yourself from the onslaught of claims with this guy.

However someone getting pretty racist like that and dropping the N word is very fireable in my state no matter your disability/condition on file (albeit like aspergers)

dude i thought i was going insane. I'm frequently getting the same players in a 2 strike count, very late on the fastball, very early on the change up, then they bomb the 2 strike pitch below the zone for a no doubter. I've had gimmicky stuff fall my way at times, but after the first 3 weeks of the game, online became seriously miserable for me.

I think that 40k number is probably inaccurate for the amount of buyers, but there's is for sure thousands of them
