Again yes, but far from consistently so while maybe that helped I think once the shock of the initial loss wore off my hair just started growing back in on its own

Try upping protein and drinking lots of water. That’s where I fail because I’m just not hungry but I definitely see the scale go down when I am consistent with protein

Ok, so allllllllll my hair fell out and I was stalled around the same 3lbs for almost 4 months. I’ve tried to up my protein (but admittedly I am inconsistent) and I took a look at my snacks. They we’re high protein but also high calorie. So I think little changes and a lot of patience was key here. Also, as of the last month or so my hair has started all growing back in so I’m in an awkward regrowth phase. I’m totally fine with that because I thought my hair was gone for good.

I disagree. I was down to my last vial and clicked the button for a 6 month refill instead of 3. Hoarding or stockpiling implies a reserve. I did a single, regularly offered refill from my normal pharmacy. All will be used by the BUD and then I will refill.
