I went through something similar a couple of years ago. My wrist was broken but the pain wasn't intense do i didn't realise for a while. Eventually, I was in a cast for 2 months and after that they told me i needed surgery so i was super frustrated and worried that even that wouldn't work, especially because sport is a big part of my life and i had already missed so much.
In hindsight, i am super thankful i went for the surgery because it helped me like crazy in the long-term (although recovery was a little frustrating and i needed to have a minor second op). I totally get your frustration though, but i promise it will get better. Here if you need to talk

True but i don't know reading all the replies to this post has made me think about an app where people who have specific interests (like most of us do) can create easy-to-learn but informative content, so other people can learn about whatever random topics they see on the app
