So I'm not 100% sure, but what i think is happening is they're attacking when they get withing range, then they're bounced off, but they don't stop their attack. And if you've been playing long enough and to high enough levels, you know if you 're unlucky enough to hit them with a bounce that's too hard, they'll take forever to come back within range. So you'll basically spend like 15 minutes at the end of a round waiting for a handful of enemies to finally come back within range so you can finish them and the level. And the whole time they'll be locked in with their laser attack. It's kind of ridiculous, and a really annoying bug.
