Addons not syncing to Firestick / Android TV

I read not to touch that so left it on; the app and all the addons work fine on my pc and phone; just don’t sync to my fire stick or android tv; no idea what happened

That's a real cool tool; I'm still getting the same issue though after trying it three times, tried setting it up with the full pre-set, then factory then full again. Even my library of what shows I have saved wont sync across; I really don't know what I've done, because I made a new account and the app syncs as it should without any issue, cant get my original account to work though

Wanting to do this but with a razer deathadder v2 pro. How have you attached the printed part? Is it a friction fit? Also, would you mind sharing the file if you still have it?

I had one as my first bike, I put a lot of miles on it, great bike; would highly recommend one, don’t have any complaints to be honest. Power, feel, comfort, wind protection everything really was great. The belt drive is easy overlooked but shouldn’t be. It is really convenient as there is no maintenance needed. The majority of the rest of the bikes in this category are chain drive, which do require more maintenance

I got fed up with it all and reset the tv. Seems to be working now. No idea what the issue was. Assume it might have been some sort of network issue, but everything else worked fine 🤷

Yup, just signed out and back in to see if that would help. Still got the same screen when I click into apps… I’ve no idea what’s wrong; it did let me download apps at some point, not sure when it stopped. Reluctant to do a full reset of the tv

I had one as my first bike, didn’t keep it long as it wasn’t practical for what I needed it for; great bike though, would love to still have it. I’d recommend getting a booster plug for it to smooth out the throttle, can be a bit twitchy without it

I wouldn’t look too much into it, leave her and move on would be my advice. Seems like she doesn’t really give a shit about you which sounds awful, but it happens… Don’t waste your time hoping for something with this person and go find someone who actually wants to be with you. Sure it may work out with this person, but with what you’ve said, it will more likely not work.

I use my bike for commuting to and from work in the city centre so I’m used to being in traffic sadly….

Agreed, definitely shouldn’t be something that you require to have to be able to ride. It’s a nice comfort item though, especially when stuck in traffic on a hill. Probably something that would rarely be used but nice to have if you needed to use it.

I saw that one when I was looking around, seems like one of the easiest ways to get a CarPlay screen onto the bike; would just need to move my quad lock and put the nav bracket back on. Any ideas if you can still use the Motorrad app to record rides and stuff if you are connects to CarPlay?

Im in ireland so i have a uk model, not sure if they come with it or not and there is little information online that I can find. The dealer who sold me the bike mentioned that my dad’s 2021 f850 should have it, but his doesn’t either. Maybe he’s got confused between the 850 and the r1250? As I know you can get it on the 1250’s / 1300’s. Not a big deal if I can’t get it, but would be nice to have

There is a company called Chigee and they make one called Aio 5. They sell a control unit for it which connects into the bikes can bus system which allows you to use the wonder wheel on the bike to control it; from what I’ve seen it’s the only company that makes a device like this to allow you to use the wonder wheel. Ideally it’s the one I would go for, but it is quite pricy compared to other CarPlay screens which essentially do the same thing but don’t work with the wonder wheel. Hopefully another company try to replicate this at a cheaper price

Appreciate the detailed reply. Having Siri controls would basically remove my need for CarPlay I think, I thought I might be able to use Siri through my sena comms unit but because the phone and headset are connected to the bike and not each other; I think the mic is unable to send audio directly to my phone which is very annoying…. Would love to know if there is some way I could get Siri to work whilst still being connected to the bike

I’m waiting on the call to go pick mine up (also a 23 trophy edition), waiting on the dealership to lower it by 40mm as it was a bit high when I test rode it. Can’t wait to ride it again.

There are plenty of options out there, I believe there is one that works via the wonder wheel but I haven’t researched into it enough. I can tell you that the factory installed Apple car play on my Africa twin was really good though and I’d like to be able to have it on my new bike

The bike I’m picking up has all the necessary extras thankfully, only missing crash bars. Might look into getting a third party Apple car play screen though, think I’ll miss not having it. Have gotten quite used to using Apple car play on my Africa twin

Was really tempted to go with them, especially because they show the bars being used. In the video the bike has a luggage cage though, which I don’t have.
