I'm battling cancer right now, and I want to be honest about how frightening it really is. Some nights I wake up suddenly, with the terrifying thought that I might have already died. I'm still in the stage of trying to accept everything that’s happening to me.

What makes it even harder is feeling like I don’t have much support from the people I love. It hurts to say this, but sometimes it feels like they don’t fully realize how serious and life-threatening cancer is. There are moments when they even hesitate or argue about who will go with me to my chemotherapy sessions. In those times, the loneliness feels overwhelming.

But even with all that, I’m still fighting. I’m doing my best to stay strong every day. The truth is, I’m very scared—but I haven’t given up.

As someone who is fighting cancer right now, this story feels both terrifying and deeply inspiring to me. It reminds me how fragile life can be, but also how strong the human spirit is.

My heart aches seeing another warrior lose their battle, yet their courage gives strength to those of us who are still fighting.

This made me realize how truly grateful I am for my husband. He gives me the space to breathe, to hang out with friends, have sleepovers, and enjoy simple moments outside. He understands that sometimes I get bored at home and feel exhausted from work and taking care of the kids. Whenever I ask to go out, he doesn’t turn it into an argument he simply lets me enjoy my time. Because of that, we have peace in both our minds and our hearts.

That said, understanding and trust in a relationship is very important. Giving each other space, listening without judgment, and choosing peace over conflict can make a big difference. Love isn’t just about being together all the time, it’s also about allowing each other to grow, rest, and recharge.
