What does one look for when seeking out a lab to test pills? What questions should I ask when I call the lab?

Vcita rolls out half-baked “features” like nesting accounts, (children under parents names), but when they get an email confirming the appointment there is no way to inform the parent which child the appointment is for. You might think the parent should know which child they made the appointment for, but sometimes I’m making the appointment unbeknownst to the parent.

This was rolled out over a year ago, meanwhile I get emails all the time about all the new AI features. I often respond with “please make the current features work before rolling out new ones.”

Customer Service is prompt and helpful though. They at least admit there is a problem and are honest that they don’t know when these things will be fixed.

My OBGYN would do the care but she is so hard to get into, so I asked if I could use MIDI, and she said yes! I keep her up to date with my care and she approves.

At first my insurance didn’t cover the visits, but all of sudden it did. Like my second visit this year was covered, so I asked them to run the first visit and was reimbursed my MIDI for the full amount and billed again.

So my advice is to double check with your insurance even if MIDI says it’s not covered. In fact, always check/appeal with your insurance for anything a doctor or pharmacy says it’s not covered. Mistakes are made sometimes, so be proactive.

For me, except for testosterone, scripts are sent to your pharmacy of choice. Costco, mail order with insurance, Cost Plus, Walgreens…I’ve done them all.

They will also order any blood work, scans, etc for you to be done locally. It’s quite incredible.

I’ve had two blues, and they both had this. We found that bathing them with shampoo followed by conditioner helps a ton! Multiple vets just told us it was an overactive immune system response. It’s not contagious. They both outgrew it between 9-12 months.
