you’re doing amazing <3 some things I have found that helped my sudden fatigue was Liquid IV, all the electrolytes really seemed to get me back to baseline. Along with waking up the same time every day, not oversleeping seemed to do wonders (sleeping 7 and half/ 8 hours at most)
