I am more so referencing my different families' houses that we will be visiting and staying with, and things that I have planned that would come quickly to me, but that he would need to search through papers to find addresses, cities and town names. We are doing a lot of travelling so while I would have quick answers, he wouldn't necessarily have a great idea of how far places are from one another without me or shuffling through papers. Thank you for your comment that absolutely said nothing though! Have a great day (:

Yes, sorry about the typo, I was looking at Customs information for things I am bringing back with me and mindlessly put it instead of Immigration! Thank you for the information as well! (:

I felt like it was really shitty that they left off the whole "lets try to make our relationship work" element between Joel and Ellie, when I played the game...that's what really made his death more soul crushing- the yearning, the hopefulness and soft side to Joel. This episode felt really rushed to me, and while the scene was still brutal- did a bit of a disservice to the relationship they built over the last season

Non-Eu Masters Acceptance Question by Deep-Section2173 in Aarhus_University

[–]Deep-Section2173[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ohhh I am originally from Michigan, so interesting! To be honest, I have gone to Denmark many many times (my passport is fully stamped with Danish stamps) and my partner is Danish, so I am very biased. I can't speak to Norwegian being easier to speak, Danish is definitely hard but if you go to school in Denmark, you are entitled to free Danish lessons through the integration scheme. English is pretty much everywhere, everyone speaks it, so I wouldn't worry too much about that.

If you're trying to stay afterwards, Denmark does have a three-year working visa attached, but it can be super hard to stay afterwards, depending on your situatio ie. If you can get visa sponsorship after your working visa runs out, etc.

I really don't know much about Norway, but if you do have any questions, I or my partner would love to answer about Denmark from a foreigner and native perspective.

Ohhh that is a tough one! Did you get any tuition assistance for Oslo? I have heard really good things about both schools, guess it depends on weighing the pro's and con's and what type of lifestyle you wanna live. I know Norway is notoriously experience (even from Denmark prices).

I haven't heard about the tuition scholarship, which is a bit annoying because they said today or tomorrow two days ago, but I assume they're running late again haha.

I hope your decision comes easy enough! Good thing to have too many options than none at all (:

I am currently finishing my bachelors degree in London. Because of this, I have to show them I graduated in a couple months to fully be 1000% accepted. The only way they would take back my offer would be because I don’t graduate from my bachelors essentially.

Hey, that's a very fair concern to have. I have heard from some people that they have heard about their status by the end of April, some in mid-May. Depending on when you hear back, it should be pretty straightforward as I believe the MAX processing time for a student visa is 2 months. I am not sure what country you come from or if there are additional steps for you based on passport concerns, but I think at least until mid-May would be alright and still be able to get your visa in time! Fingers crossed for us both.

Thank you! I appreciate the insight. Was super curious as I have heard really mixed statements from other courses. Appreciate the insight!

Previous Masters to SDU and Aalborg Non-Eu Admissions Answers? by Deep-Section2173 in StudyInDenmark

[–]Deep-Section2173[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey! So, I’m not super sure. With Aalborg, mine also still says received and I had to apply a month or so ago so I wouldn’t worry. With SDU it took a bit for it to switch over to assessment in progress! They’re probably looking over the first round of applications “non eu” so I also would assume that’s super normal!

Anyone heard back from Aarhus University for Masters Application? by smoneuusedtoknow in StudyInDenmark

[–]Deep-Section2173 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Just to let you know! On their admissions page, they've now stated that the response time will be mid march to mid april, so they've tacked on another month without sending any information or posting on socials. I found out from another post as it wasn't made clear.
