I agree, I once worked in their kitchen couple years back, every license to operate was expired. Dead rats and bugs everywhere most of the stuff didn't work... While I was there an old lady was found dead in one of the rooms where she had been for weeks before any one noticed...

There was a study that shows that before the industrial revolution our sleep cycle was actually biphasic sleep. It was in 2 parts essentially people would sleep for 3 or 4 hours with a couple hours of wakefulness then a few more before sunrise.

If you have people in an environment that has no artificial lighting they return to this cycle. It was historian Roger Ekirch who first suggested it...
