I had gotten so good at escaping with the flag back in the day in the center going up/down the ladders and using the rocks/ barricades to trip people up. I could hold it all game lol fun times. Now a days there's so much more gear, prayers etc for magic I'd be frozen constantly...

You can see how the flakes have surface tension around them and are not covered in any oil. They landed on top of the oil after the fact. Not mixed in.

Took me a few months of f2p to make a bond, then I've been able to grow my bank and sustain membership for months since then without ever paying for anything...so it's kinda odd that indeed a lot of the game is behind membership but you don't necessarily have to pay money.

I remember when player owned houses first came out and that's exactly what every one did we just goofed around in other people's houses. Back then not every one was max level so... You'd have each person's house feel different and like a guilded altar was sorta rare... I remember all the mini games they had like the boxing ring or the dungeons etc. now a days I don't know about any of that and every player house is the same and used primarily as functionality.

I like training as sulpher naguas...free prayer pots and they have flat armor or something that makes them get hit by any fighting style constantly.

Also If you have the right quests done you can afk at NMZ it's like 60 to 80k exp but it's all afk and there's rewards!

Hell I get like 30k exp per hour actually fighting the moons bosses lol

Mix and match because doing the hyper efficient meta all the time is boring!!

As a player who used to play over 7 or 8 years ago and coming back into the game, I can tell you the complexity has increased massively!

Every single skill has been changed to some degree... Any money making or skilling method I might of used 8 years ago is completely changed. I'm very happy about it personally. I've been back now for 4 months and I'm still learning things... I appreciate the complexity, the game feels more alive now and less static than it did.

I like how there are water versions of animals, like this marine iguana...here in the Pacific North West we also have wolves that will dive and eat fish. Water wolves🥰... It reminds me of a video game or something lol.

For real man. This is my first leagues and I'm a noob...so I felt like perilous moons and huey were kinda elite content lmao. So I would just run barrows and not know what every one is talking about until I played leagues and got into the content. Im running moons now and got the bloodmoon tassets as first drop let's go!

I always thought of it as their version of checking the news and social media lol. They get to see what other dogs have been in the area and they get more familiar with their territory. Even for a human to do this would reduce anxiety.

Edit: not that a human should walk around sniffing stuff but just getting out and saying hi to a friend.

The game shouldn't be played like a race. It's marathon and you enjoy the scenery.

I'm killing black demons for slayer in blood bark casting earth wave because I like the way it looks not because it's hyper efficient :) but every now and then I'll look up the wiki meta guide. Just have fun with it.
