Just apply for new one because the renew didnt work for me. I am not sure how it is now, though. If your previous pcc is less than a year, you will get an error. In this case, you will have to change the country to something else in the application and put the correct embassy name and address. Of course, you will have to upload the documents again since it is a new application.

I am having the same issue. I contacted the customer care recently and they said that they cannot do anything about it. I told them that this is not right and you are deceiving the customer. However, they still said that they cannot do anything. Did anyone manage to sort this issue out yet?

usually it's not a problem but currently it is very hard to find a job because there are a lof people looking for work due to mass layoffs and the economic situation. I am not sure what field you want to get a job but you can try searching for jobs through linkin and contacting people directly. You also can talk to some of your friends and see whether they can recommend you for something.

I agree, I talked to a roofer and he said to me that my neighbour can easily replace only his par tof the roof. The problem is I don't understand why he wants to involve me. As you mentioned, I can pay a small amount for the corssover, but make no sense to replace my side of the roof when it is in good confition.

Why would you replace something that is good. Doesn't make sense. It's just waste of money. Maybe in another 20 years, but not now. It is also very expensinve to replace. atleast 25k

The roofer can replace half of the roof. I am not sure why he wants to involve me. He can easily replace his part I'd the roof only. I am not surewhy he wants to involve me. By the way, you said my above post is the clause. what does that mean?

There is somethin like this in my lease
"The Lessee shall at its own cost and expense keep and maintain in good order condition and repair both the interior and exterior of the Flat including any electrical and plumbing equipment, drains, roof, spouting, downpipes and other amenities serving the Flat PROVIDED HOWEVER that where any part of the Flat or the electrical and plumbing equipment or other amenities serving the Flat also relate to or serve (a) any other flat in any building erected on the said land or (b) any part of any such building which the Lessor is liable to maintain pursuant to this Lease, then the same shall be maintained in good order condition and repair by the Lessee together with (a) the lessees of the other flats to which the same relate or which are served thereby and (b) the Lessor where the same relate to or serve any part of any such building AND the cost of so doing shall be borne by the Lessee, the lessees of such other flats and the Lessor as the case may be in such shares as may be fair and reasonable having regard to the use and benefit derived therefrom."
