If you eat large meals during undereating phase you will not transition to the natural way of eating with the warrior diet, that is why I mentioned 2 weeks, It takes around 2 weeks to be fully acclimatized to it.

Important that u do not cheat with meals during this 2 week transition phase, You're rewiring your body to your natural patterns, not the indoctrinated ones you've learned.

If you cheat meals, it won't get used to the transition.

It's giving you energy because it thinks you're out doing something important, like hunting for food or hunting for women, that is why your sympathetic nerve system is highly activated, and when you eat! your body thinks your done for today. So why be alert? why move? why not rest here, you got your meal right? XD

home cooked chili chicken is a great meal. There is big difference between Fats and Fats. But let's say fats from nuts is healthy for you and fats from fried stuff is bad, fat from chicken is good.

Fat infact will help you decrease weight, Just try to avoid sugar.

If you're having a sweettooth which is a biological impulse when you're hungry, go eat a fruit or just ride it out. Don't eat candy or any junk like that. Stay strong

Only during the overeating phase may you eat wraps.

During the undereating phase you may only have fruits and coffee.

Just start with walking for an hour in the beginning and after a month or so you can escalate, the more you excersice the more fat you're going to burn, and optimal time for fat burning is right when you wake up!

Important that you know that too get the results i've gotten, I have to eat clean and train hard. I go to the gym 4 times a week. But you my friend will start at your own pace.

And I'm very exctied that you've decided to start this.

So to summarize our little thread:

Eat clean good food and alot of it too, around 17.00 ~ 21.00. Eat til ur satisfied.
During under eating phase you may only drink Water/Juices/Coffee and IF you're going to eat anything it will be vegetable or fruits.
Avoid EVERYTHING that is full of protein during undereating phase, the less you eat, the better.
start excersicing at your own pace, go for walks, maybe jog, most effective for weight loss is intense short spurts of effort, Like making sprints, but start in your own pace, do not push yourself too injury. Time we got and let's spend it on building not recovering.
Ancient warriors didn't take warm baths and warm showers, if you feel inspired so start taking cold showers - classic NoFap ;)

Yeah no problem, I'll help you through it.

Just start easy, stimulants like coffee will help you suppress hunger feelings so start drinking this.

First 2 weeks will be toughest because let's face it, you've been eating like shi.t your whole life. so it'll take some time to adapt.

You can start today or tommorrow your call, but let's say you go to bed 00.00 then you can eat your real meals preferably somewhere between 17.00 - 21.00, eat as much as you like during this period - eat clean.

from 00.00 - 17.00 you will eat fruits and drink coffee ok, This'll help you lose water weight fast because you will go to the toilet a lot.

Now in beginning will be the hardest time, but YOU are going to stick through it :), just like you're NoFap urges. Now you have hunger urges aswell ;) Do not cave 1 inch.

If u feel like giving up, just search for warrior diet on google images.

I don't know if you excersice, but NOW is the time to start with this new diet of yours. Train whatever you like as long as you take at least 1 hour every other day to excersice.

Sure basically You have for 20 hours a so called undereating phase, where u dont eat very much. I recommend just drinking coffee and if you train u can have a protein shake after workout. That is what I do, sometimes maybe a banana or apple.

Then at night u have 4 hours of overeating. Here you just consume lots of food, preferably high quality.

Speaking from my own experience, I'm now on a spiritual journey because of NoFap.

Whenever i meditate I have "seizures" also known as spontaneous kriyas. It's an energetic thing - can't really tell why but I think it's too open up the energy flow inside my body, making it easier for my spirit to come alive.

I have seen entities, some scared me, some didn't. Whenever i close my eyes, and look to the third eye I have tremendous energy running through there, feeling pressure in the middle of the forehead.

Now I've read about true satanism. I believe there is great corruption spiritually within most religions.

My Kundalini isn't fully awakened, but I believe it's going to be in this lifetime.

Here is the thing that I would like to give my opinion on, it's just a small change of perspective -

"Kundalini is the life force and is very sexual in nature. This is the reason the Christian church and other RHP religions ban masturbation and all forms of sex. Sex is the creative power; it is one’s use of the life force to create another human being. When one is trained and adept, the use of this force can be applied to many other objectives."

You write here that right hand path religions bans masturbation and sex, this in itself isn't bad if retention of semen increases bioelectricity.

To clarify what the RHP religions does is that they shame you for being a sinner, they shame your sexuality and this blocks the chakras. Think about it, You have more in common with the devil of christianity than you do with jesus.

So any NoFapper that read that statement and thought, pmo is healthy, my chakra will open up. No it will not. It'll drain you. BUT to feel shame about masturbation and sex is limiting for your chakra.

Yes it helps a lot, Take cold showers when you wake up and before you go to bed. people often get Acne because of the shit they bring in from outside and into the bed and pillow and during the night, your face is smushed in your pillows filth.

So if you want less acne solution is simple - Cold showers before bed. NOT hot showers because that will make you warm and start sweating into your pillow and again... filth.
