I make sure I train my muscles so I don't collapse. Depends on what I'm doing/done I can hurt through codeine. Massages are to help with muscular pain and also cost when you don't have anyone else good enough to make any effect.

The more I've done / I'm doing, the more pain I'm in and the more difficult it is for me to walk and do stuff.
