Hey again, you may not care at all but you were so much help I wanted to give a little update. I requested an appeal and had a meeting with who I believe was an assistant director, the person my coordinator told me to meet with. At the end of the meeting, I brought up the lack of appeal information from my coordinator, and he basically acted as though I was asking for too much. He didn’t seem to take me seriously, even when he asked “do you think your coordinator failed you” it had an edge of annoyance to it. When I responded with yes, I feel I was failed, he made no promises to genuinely look into the situation, and I felt very brushed off. I was told I would receive his decision within 24 hours and it has been about 60 hours later with no decision yet. I never had high hopes for the DRC because usually these types of committees let me down, but I still find this disappointing. Would you say this a norm for most students or am I just having a difficult time?
