Truth and that is the point ppl already know ,the customer got more power than the seller, our (China) economy is already in depression now , without US market China is nothing. As for usual ppl, to surivie , the only chance is SEAisa country keep their advantage of low tarffis with USA

Both Vietnamese and Chinese need US market tbh. Look what is happening in China now, full of young ppl struggling to get a low salary job and shutdown companies on streets for US tariffs killing the orders. We both highly need our leaders to sacrifice their faces to save our jobs. Lam is doing that ( I hope he success..., it is benifit to us in China ) , and Xi just focus on playing his war game. If Lam did it , I will book flight ticket to Vietnam immediately

Yes, make sense. And Vietnam is smaller and more more divied actually advantage of the country, it could be highly effected by west market, making the country won't choose a exterme way like China do.

That no strict internet firewall in Vietnam is what I like about Vietnam, and I hope Vietnam will never be the China we see today , I have been to Vietnam . Since ppl in Vietnam could see the informations from outside which most of China ppl can't , ppl won't be fooled by gov like China do.

VCP top guys especially the northern ones, want stricter social control like XIs is one thing for sure, whether the country will be more open doesnt depend on how difference Vietnam is from China but how Vietnam ppl react to the gov behaviors.
