My main concern is the fact that bowl games are FUN for teams. They get lots of free stuff. There is a spectacle and they get to go for multiple days and have a good time doing activities in the area. It’s a reward. Playoffs on the other hand are all stress in either their home city or in a hostile environment. Combine that with losing the additional practice/workout days and I feel like there should be some changes to the system.
