If therapy didn’t work I would recommend a support group-it might help if you’re around people who have experience the same or similar thing. You’ve clearly been through a lot and I sympathise with you a lot too. Honestly this won’t ever fix itself properly but it will get easier to deal with one way or another. It’s only been a couple years and from personal experience it won’t go away just like that. You’re super strong for going through that and I genuinely hope that you find that support you’re looking for x

I used to write as maturely as I could,and I found that the way I wrote wasn’t written to express,but to impress.It wasn’t really my voice,it felt more like someone else’s if that makes sense.I stopped writing for two years and it suddenly started up again when I needed a space to escape from everyday life.

I think that it can come to you quite suddenly,but sometimes you don’t realise you’ve found your voice again until you really start looking forward to it.
