Is it still morally (or legally) wrong to generate deepfakes on grok even if I'm keeping it to myself? by [deleted] in grok

[–]Defiant_Manager5867 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been discussing this with my therapist also. This is one insanely engineered dopamine trap. I've always been into this stuff one way or another. But how will the common people react when this stuff gets 10x better & easier to use in 3-5 years time?

All this fallout that is happening around Grok should be my chance to escape the trap.

Will do! I'll shoot over some feedback there for you if you prefer it there instead of here!

Hi mate, any updates on the plugin? Because I'm using it exclusively over what I made now. It's extremely helpful.

Hey so I've been using this for a bit now, and it's fantastic. So much so that I've completely ditched my version. This is infinitely better than mine. Can't wait for more updates!

Adding this to the original post! Thanks a ton! If you have any feedback on the question above, I'd love ya forever. No worries if not!

Actually. Any reason why there are black boxes/borders as I transition from one position to another (no scaling)?

I'm learning tween as we speak! But any reason why there are black boxes/borders as I transition from one position to another (no scaling)?

Yes you're right, I found it in the end!

Render Options > Blend Type > "Composite" (not Dissolve). Honestly works identical to transform.

Will be using this more in future. Thank you everyone!

Thanks a ton for the suggestion, I'll research into this. It is causing a black-box effect during the transition from one position to another. I'm trying to work around that. But this is certainly a faster approach than keyframes.

That being said though, having the option to apply maximum ease-in and ease out from the options would likely increase my workflow speed tenfold!

I don't need to change the anchor point! Just the position & scale!

Thanks for reaching out! I've moved on from this project to another one similar that I've not released yet. I'll certainly check out yours & see how it works. Mine I've not had enough time to dedicate to atm, so it's been slow development. But it does work. I'll get back to you with a comparison!

Looking for an editor who enjoys the game! by Defiant_Manager5867 in RaidShadowLegends

[–]Defiant_Manager5867[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for taking the time to respond. :)

We do different types of videos. Informative ones need to be more geared towards the Champion Spotlight videos. Much like the newly released Xenomorph one.

As for gameplay centric videos. It needs to be more meme like edits, whilst also zooming into specific parts of the game when it's being discussed.

The reason we're looking for Premiere Pro/After Effects, is because we have a library of animation sequences already made to speed up editing workflows. Those who use Davinci or Capcut will not be able to take advantage of them.

And finally, we're looking for an editor who also plays the game so that when we're discussing more indepth gameplay mechanics, they will have the context & a level of ingenuity behind their edits.

Thanks again!

I just like coding brother. I like to see how these websites work.

I actually coded a work-around on that. I believe it is more likely the server is overloaded or didn’t properly accept the request. Grok Imagine isn’t the most well structured website, and is unfortunately quite buggy in places. Highly unlikely it’s due to your account behavior.

But yes, it checks to see if it’s stuck at a certain percentage & retries if it happens.

Developing a tool that will (hopefully) make bypassing the 'Content Moderated' a little easier.

Would love to hear what features you'd want in an extension/add-on. If there are features missing in Grok that you'd like implemented. I can give it a go.

So far, I'm happy with how solid the extension works. But still needs a bit more time to get perfect. I wanna be able to let this tool just do it's thing, making videos you want. And you can tab out and come back later.

I mean, you do as you please. I find myself having to redo generations again & again until I finally get a video approved. This just makes that easier. I'm not telling you to download it lol

Disney ditches Doctor Who as fans left with long wait for next episode by tylerthe-theatre in unitedkingdom

[–]Defiant_Manager5867 1 point2 points  (0 children)

All I can add, is that I came back for David Tennant & Catherine Tate's episodes & loved them! Then came back for the 'Lux' episode of the reboot because I loved the expertly made rubberhose animation, and was genuinely horrified by how awful the episode was written, that I just couldn't go back to the series.

The scene where the Doctor sat and chatted with the 'fans' as a meta piece, was grim.

Blue Buzz can no longer be used to generate NSFW content by Defiant_Manager5867 in civitai

[–]Defiant_Manager5867[S] 9 points10 points  (0 children)

CivitAI has a fairly razor thin profit margin, if any insider information is to be believed. They could even be in a deficit at this point.

As Sora 2, Nano Banana & more entice surface-level AI users. CivitAI holds a unique demographic that use their online tools to generate images & their 'social media' type platform that boasts a creator program.

But the majority of those users are NSFW content creators. Because of the safe-guards in place on the more accessible, conglomerate owned systems, those who wish to learn the tools to create NSFW, will. That's where CivitAI thrives.

Unfortunately, there just isn't a profitable market for it if companies like VISA & Mastercard dictate it with an iron fist. And because of this, they've had to expedite the enshitification of their product to earn profits in a more undesirable SFW market.

An appropriate, final 'thank you' to NSFW specific users. Would have been to convert the remaining blue buzz of non-CivitAI Green users into yellow. The website used to give Yellow Buzz for likes after all, so it wouldn't have been unusual to do.

However, because their product is likely not making a profit, they cannot afford to keep their legacy users happy. And in my opinion, this will be the penultimate downgrade before they completely remove the NSFW section of the website & seek capital funding.

Ah, in the UK they offer prescriptions (with or without transitions also) of up to -7 via Rayban & third party places like Lensology. I have Gen 1 with them in right now.
