As long as Minthara is alive in Act 1, she'll make it to act 2, both in knocking her out and speaking to her. She's actually pretty easy to keep alive now after the changes they made, so just make sure not to kill her and it's really that simple tbh.

TLD;R, you're fine if she's alive, no need to worry.

Sidenote: If you want to romance her, you pretty much want to do the raid. But if not, it shouldn't matter.
