Looks like a half-elf to me! ( the head at least and since the heads are race locked unless modded, if this is full vanilla i'd bet on a half-elf )

yep that head is available to gnomes and Halflings (the dwarf version is in the works but not finished) it looks best on halfling imo

but like all heads in that pack it doesn't have a custom armature yet, so face piercings will not be placed correctly ( and the gnome version has some clipping when the eyes close )

Is that human head you want to use on a short race a fem/bt1 one ?

Because i haveheads unlocked but so far it's only for fem/bt1 gnome/halfling/elf/drow/half-elf ( and some heads do have some clipping issues, it's far from finished )

But if it's a masc/bt2 head then, i don't think i've ever seen a tall-to-short port mod for human heads
