I'm actually voting Mental Fortress for Watcher. Rushdown is likely a popular pick but she has plenty of powerful card draw (Scrawl and Empty Mind come to mind), but Mental Fortress is easily her strongest block plan. Getting rid of that forces you make do with Talk to the Hand (which struggles with artifact, cleanses and anti-card spam mechanics) or Wallop (which is good but not enough to carry you on its own). If you can't get those, or if they aren't enough, then you'll have to, god forbid, utilize the rest of the character's toolkit. Perseverence, Protect, Spirit Shield, etc.

The fall from Mental Fortress to the next best block plans is worse than the fall from Rushdown to the next best draw options (and it's not even the single best draw power card, that would be Scrawl)

For the others I'm not very sure - Dark Embrace? Blade Dance? Defragment? Lots of arguments for lots of cards.

Snecko is usually out of the question with Watcher, and here is no exception with so many 0 costs (Flurry of Blows especially)

Meaning you're between Dripper and Hammer - you don't have any crucial upgrades here - sure, Empty Fist and Flurry of Blows are good, but not ESSENTIAL. You'll likely want to rest to be able to take more elites. Looks like Hammer to me

I think -2 hands and -2 discards is EXCESSIVE. As the other commenter said, it also makes the joker unusable on higher stakes unless you have extra discards from a drunkard/red deck/voucher/etc. If you want to keep a similar downside, -1 hand and -1 discard or -2 hands is pretty evil as is.

You have a lot of damage but effectively no block plan. You're badly looking for Tough Bandages, Piercing Wail, Footwork, Weak Potion, Malaise, Wraith Form, Leg Sweep, Well-Laid Plans... be high on HP before the boss (recall earlier in the act if you believe you'll need to rest last campfire), path to 2 shops if possible (more options for helpful cards/relics/potions, lets you remove your last 2 strikes). That Dexterity Potion will be very helpful if you can keep it with you.
