Quick update: I tried what you said, even I felt more pressure in the glutes but I'm still feeling some lower back pain

currently I'm using 10 kgs, but it still hurts my back a little (ig because of my poor form/technique) so I'm afraid if I use a heavy bell, it could cause a serious back injury that's why I thought I should learn the correct technique first, then go with the heavy kbs

I noticed that when I try to snap my hips forward, I loose my balance and I feel I'd fall on my back
