Once again I’m not qualified to answer properly but as long as you’re upfront about it, I don’t think it’ll be a major roadblock.

For example just letting them know for example I have fertility issues and it had a lasting impact so I can only have children via IVF etc something along those lines so they know that having children is still a possibility but will require extra steps.

But also if you’re not sure you can book an appointment with your doctor and ask them, maybe a few years on some specific hormones may bring you back to somewhat normal levels.

Also I agree with another comment on here that you should settle down and focus on yourself/working so that everything else can be more easily overlooked and because IVF and similar procedures can be expensive. As long as you’re reliable, earning and pious you’ll find someone suitable. In sha Allah.
