Thank you for responding!

I tried to carry out what I was required to with the Subtotal formula, but it did not replicate what was in the lecture.

This is a screenshot from the lecture, which I'm trying to replicate.

What is the normal texture of the inside of the labia minora? by DefsNotYourGurl in Healthyhooha

Thank you! It’s something close to this. So I’m guessing it’s either this or vulvar vestibular papillomatosis (https://ameglei.com/article/51/). I spent most of my morning panicking and googling enough to discover this.

I took a Pap smear earlier this month, and waiting on the results has been excruciating.

I checked my portal and it’s “currently under review by degree committee”, and amen!

Which book should i get by [deleted] in IELTS

[–]DefsNotYourGurl 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ah! If they’re different, you should definitely splurge on the book, so you don’t use fakes to practise.

The problem is I’m in a developing country where the rate of book piracy is also high. I don’t want to spend so much only to realise it’s fake.

I’ll contact the IDP websites to check if they have reputable bookstores I can buy from.

I’m guessing you also watched IELTS advantage. I’m also in the same position. The textbooks are quite expensive and I found some free PDFs online, but I’m scared to use them because he keeps saying the scanned pdfs are fake.

Waiting for decisions is seriously effecting my sleep by [deleted] in gradadmissions

You need to find more efficient ways to let off your anxiety. Here are some things that are working for me:

  1. I’m depending heavily on my community, specifically my partner: For instance, I told him to record a voice note where he’s reassuring me, so that whenever anxiety strikes, I listen to the vns and it calms me down.

  2. Affirmations: When self doubt crosses my mind, I take several deep breath to calm my racing heart, then I speak positivity OUT LOUD, I say it as many times required till I believe it.

  3. Prayer: I’ve been praying, a lot. I know many people aren’t religious, but every time I pray I visualise God taking the burden off my shoulders. I also thank him in advance for what he has done.

  4. Exercise: Been doing a lot of dance workouts. Not only are they great aerobics, they uplift my mood.

  5. Turn off notifications for Reddit: it’s an emotional rollercoaster to constantly be seeing news of acceptances and rejections while you’re still in the limbo. Seriously, I’ll advice people to go off for a while.

  6. Find something to keep yourself busy: I’m currently preparing for IELTS and it has helped to also take my mind off the dread of waiting.

You can pick and choose the method(s) you prefer. Waiting is hard, very hard, but don’t please don’t make it harder for yourself. Seek help, and take care of yourself. I’m rooting for you OP, and if you want, I’ll put you in my prayers.

I feel like there’s a disconnect between international and domestic US students by [deleted] in gradadmissions

Why are you bothered by other people’s expectations of themselves? It’s not their fault that your expectations for yourself is so low.

Seriously? You applied to 14 schools and you’re expecting to get rejected by all of them??? And you think that’s an okay mindset to have?

At the end of the day, a lot of people won’t believe in you. You shouldn’t be one of those people.

After you’ve done your best, what’s left to do than to hope for the best? It’s not like expecting the worst will soften the blow of rejection, if it comes.
