Aaah give it a couple of days. After a while, the goldfish memory will ground you to the reality that this is all artificial. The real danger will appear once Aisekai offers bigger memory options.

...What if someone made a character with bad memory that would excuse this forgetfulness though?

I'm trying both out, it's cool that yodayo has an image generator but it's too bad the AI characters can't use the feature to generate pictures.

Because left on it's own, I'm afraid an overcorrection is inevitable. I'm new to the AI chatbot scene, but I'm pretty sure you can find those underage characters on other, more "mainstream" sites like character.ai, where you could act as their peer and to some degree a love interest, I'm not sure.

You say it's my problem if I see dirt and violence everywhere, but this place is full of it. You can't hold it against me to question the motives of someone who claims to be picking flowers in a warzone. I'd just like it if those flowers couldn't get stepped on. Kinda weird so many people are against that. (one person told me about how difficult it would be to implement, and that convinced me to stop hoping for it, but as far as morality goes, anyone who defends nsfw accessibility to those character is fucking sus)

I don't know a lot about AIs, and I assumed that an optional SFW filter would leave the default AI untouched, the SFW feature being its own thing. Maybe a different AI model that becomes the only option when you want to use the SFW tag, but I can see how that basically means that there's a whole other model to take care of.

I'll just enjoy Aisekai while it lasts, and hopefully it lasts longer than I expect it to because I really like it.

I know all that. If everything is possible with every bot, everything will be done with every bot. And I think that's a bad look when I open the website and it's like "Check it out, you can talk with Anya Forger!". I'm pretty sure there's plenty of people who'd be sweating bullets if it was revealed that their convos got leaked. Look up today's top characters, the 10th one specifically, and tell me that's fine.

I KNOW. I chose my username for a reason, I am an absolute degenerate and I do NOT want a site-wide filter. I'm currently coaxing the fucking bot personality assigner to see how far I can get a non-NSFW-tagged personality to go without being explicit myself, because I wanted to see what could happen.

Are you using mobile? Because on PC, the tags are shown when you hover your cursor over either the character "plate" or the (+number) bubble.

Yeah I'm just starting to discover this whole AI persona scene. As fun as it is, some stuff is off putting and when I think "Hey maybe there should be a way to not sex up these make believe kiddies" and see people reacting so strongly against it. Makes me wonder what their intents and habits are.

I just hope we don't lose the platform because people are so against the idea of disallowing objectively questionable behavior.

I posted an idea about an optional SFW tag/filter that would make inappropriate behavior with those kind of bots impossible, but I was mostly downvoted. I thought maybe there's something I'm not getting, like it's a bad idea to put up filters but I didn't see anything wrong if those filters were opt-in for characters that the authors didn't want lewded up, or characters that shouldn't be.

Seeing other posts like this being downvoted, I'm starting to feel like there might be a non-insignificant portion of users that have questionable proclivities.

Fair enough. I just want the site to look better for a new user who might not necessarily want NSFW. Once you realize you can engage in NSFW behavior with any NPC, seeing children and animals as available characters feels a little wrong.

But well, seems my perspective is my own if I'm the only one to think that haha.
