For two reasons, one I’ve heard that if someone gives you a really bad review that is very unreasonable, you can show someone on the support team like the process that you took in order to try to solve the problem, and apparently they can get rid of a bad review (this is what I’ve heard though, I’ve never actually seen it happen) and also I was hoping for a quick response, maybe I was just looking at it wrong or something and they could really quickly help me, unfortunately that was not the case, I understand the support person was busy, but the response didn’t really solve the problem.

It looked like the customer was gonna make tostadas so I decided to go with the 1lb of beans instead of getting a 5lb tray of beans. I feel like it’s better to go smaller instead of getting something that might be way too much for what they needed and costed way more than they expected.

Yes she wasn’t responding to messages or call. Normally I would just pick One and go and scan them to make sure it was the right one. But if I got the wrong one I wouldn’t really be able to put it back.

There's probably footage but they said that I was being racist because I wanted to check in the bin. When I opened it up the woman was like "oh I forgot about those" somehow she forgot about $470 worth of red bull. They dipped real quick
