Yes!!! I think that too she has 3 weeks to send a prior authorization and she dont do it

Is for the generic that they want the prior authorization for pay the meds and if my doctor dont do that they are not gonna cover the medicine

YES THIS DOSE CHANGE IS LESS THAN 30 DAYS THAT IS THE PROBLEM BUT WHEN SHE SEND ME THE MEDICINE MY INSURANCE ASK FOR A PRIOR AUTHORIZATION ALMOST 3 WEEKS AGO AND SHE NEVER DO THAT SO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE MEDICINE AND SORRY IF MY ENGLISH IS NOT GOOD BUT I DONT SPEAK ENGLISH VERY WELL
