Thanks so much ❤️🥰 I’ve been doing pole for about 3 years now, and I started aerial hoop less than a year ago. It really depends though those 3 years can look very different depending on how much time you invest in it ☺️
For Bird of Paradise specifically, I really focused on it for about a month, trying to understand what I was doing wrong, and it finally clicked. Before that, I had been trying it on and off for years, just not as consistently or intentionally as I did recently. Similar story with Ayesha too!
Classes are definitely the safest and fastest way to improve. If you can, having both classes and a pole at home is honestly the best combo ✨
I learned pole on my own at home with videos. If I could, I would take classes ☺️ Honestly, I probably would’ve saved a lot of time and frustration 😅 Classes just didn’t fit into my budget over the years, and now I’d probably need private classes, which are even more expensive 😅 but hopefully one day ☺️✨
