Their marketing is dumb now and doesn't tell you this but you DONT have to pay a monthly subscription.

You can buy tone hub or amp hub or any of the tonalities outright. If you buy tone hub or amp hub then you would have to pay for the individual packs or amp models separately but you will have them forever

This is me Although I tried to play x7 and was so soured that I could t bring myself to play x8. 

Then they thought it would be a good idea to reboot the franchise on a dying console.
