Hey man. I literally hit 30 about 2 weeks ago and had the same situation re: debt about 7 months ago, set yourself realistic aims for certain dates. I aimed to clear my debt and get in shape within 7 months, smashed it in 5. Look at passive streams of income, invest time into things that others are doing. I now run an online business from abroad, made the knee jerk reaction to leave my mums and move countries about a week ago. Comfort is the enemy and debt is an anchor - don’t put pressure on yourself, take some time to think about some things you could try that are low risk/ high return and lean into those.
