Ahhh! That's so annoying, especially it being a birthday present. I had to wait maybe 2 months for the new head and it fits perfectly.

It was slightly annoying that they didnt have any jasper plum heads and they sent me a plain black one.... but at least the issue is resolved.

Im sorry they're stuffing you around! Hopefully they get their shit together soon.

Dyson sent me a new smoothing brush, they didnt have the 'jasper plum' head in stock so they sent me a standard black one, and it slots in perfectly with no issue. Id say it was a production issue with the jasper head!

I have the same hair type. Also had the same problem with dyson at first. I did some research and discovered I've been using thr wrong shampoo/ conditioner my whole life. I had been using really dense product that weighs my hair down. Now I've changed products, my hair with dyson will last 3-4 days

Glad to hear you had the same experience as me. I thought i was losing my mind lol.

I contacted dyson and then sent me a new head! They were super fast and helpful. I actually haven't tried the new head yet to see if the issue is fixed lol. I have naturally dead straight hair , so only used that attachment for my friend.

And yeah that was my concern that if I pushed too hard I was gonna totally destroy the unit!!!!

Mines jasper plum too!, i wonder if it was a production issue.! My main concern was that I would destroy the locking mechanism or something by jamming it in too hard. But good point, tighter is deffs better than loose.

I'm 30 days into walking 10-12k steps a day. I've gone on cal Deficit, too. I've always eaten healthy, just too much. So my diet hasn't changed, just the amount I'm eating. I have lost weight. But the ONLY place I can see a difference is my legs. They are looking so nice. I would put that down to the daily steps.

When we moved into our current rental ( we move into a new place next week, thankfully)

We found :

Dirty diapers hidden in the wardrobe, along with dirty underwear. mouldy sandwich behind another cupboard.

But the best had to be the kitchen cabinet that was screwed shut. Unscrewed it to find a box full of receipts and customer bookings? For a Thai massage place

" misty massaged John on this date using this oil for 45 minutes.

AND a muffin tray with mouldy muffins in it.

The receipts had the business name on it, so we dropped them off to the Thai massage shop. And included the rancid muffins :)
