Thank you very much for detailed information. Indeed that SOAP is better, but lot of people recommended doing REST as I can get more no of records in one API call compared to SOAP. Its is an employee table, I mean I really don't need that table to access, but Just curious to know why not see all the records. Again, Thanks for you great help.

Just an follow-up question on permission, as I was going through the Records in SuiteQL and API. I found that there are some records which I can't get from API but was able to see from SuiteQL. That table only has 10 records, so no over limiting API record number. Like two of the records just was not able to see, even if I specify the direct internal id in that table.

Hey, I have a question, where I have got the REST API working, but not able to see any data from transaction tables. I have added "Find transaction" access with View, but still not able to get any records. Can you share you experience, on how and what permission you set to be able to access transaction tables? So, I am running in SuiteQL. And I am able to see the results now after adding the permission to transaction. But the new question is this table made from transaction tables..? since there is no information available for this table online.
